I was lucky enough to meet the one who would introduce me to hypopressives and Melt in 2019.

I've always been pretty active but I've always had a hard time putting training first. August 2020, my work takes up a lot of space, the pandemic doesn't help and my head needs to clear, so I contact Araceli in order to get my well-being back in hand. August 31, 2020 is the date of my first training, I learn the basics of the Melt and I do Low Pressure Fitness (hypopressives).

Suffering from back pain due to a herniated lumbar disc for several years, I found myself totally stuck during the COVID epidemic with the impossibility of not going to work.

My wife, who was taking classes with Araceli, suggested I try her Melt + Low Pressure Fitness formula.

I was a bit dubious at first, but after a first contact to identify the problem, we started.
