Latino Fit

Thursday from 7:15pm to 8:15pm

Latino Fit is a class I created and teach with passion. As a Chilean-born fitness instructor and dancer, I invite you to move to the irresistible and diverse beats of Latin dances.

More than just a workout, it’s a tropical escape! Explore easy, fitness-adapted routines inspired by styles like salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, and bachata, among others.

Pilates

Thursday from 10:00am to 11:00am

Pilates is a class I teach with a focus on strengthening the body through controlled, low-impact movements.

Each session includes breathing exercises and Low Pressure Fitness, a specialized method that supports postural correction, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and abdominal slimming.

Designed to improve posture, flexibility, and core stability.

Yoga Ball is a class where I use the fitball to bring a fun and dynamic twist to traditional yoga. Through balancing and stabilizing movements, it strengthens the core, improves flexibility, and enhances coordination.

The class also includes meditation for relaxation and hypopressive Low Pressure Fitness exercises, focusing on posture, pelvic floor health, and abdominal toning.

It’s a holistic practice for both body and mind.

Dance Fits for Seniors is a low-intensity workout that combines dance and fitness with slower rhythms, no turns, and no jumps. It’s effective for getting the body moving, improving coordination, strengthening muscles, and enhancing cardiovascular health. It also helps reduce stress and boost mood, improving overall mindset.
