Latino Fit

A fusion of fitness and Latin dance, Latino Fit immerses you in an energetic atmosphere through a variety of styles such as salsa, bachata, merengue, samba, reggaeton, and cumbia, all in a fitness-based format accessible to all levels.

This class helps strengthen the cardiovascular system, burn calories while having fun, improve coordination and balance, work the entire body, and boost your mood thanks to simple, effective, and genuinely fun choreographies.

Pilates

The Pilates method is a gentle form of exercise that helps develop the deep core muscles while improving balance and overall muscle tone. It is based, in part, on maintaining proper posture.

All of these elements work together, as it is the development of your deep core muscles, which help stabilize the body, that supports proper posture.

A dynamic and accessible class focused on strengthening the abdominals and thighs through a variety of exercises, both on the floor and standing.
It improves muscle tone, posture, and stability while respecting each participant’s pace and abilities.
Different options are offered to adapt the movements to individual needs.
This class also enhances endurance and helps you feel stronger and more balanced.

A gentle and accessible class for everyone, combining seated and standing exercises to help you move safely and comfortably. Several options are offered for each movement to accommodate individual abilities and limitations.

Through adapted movements and mindful breathing, participants improve flexibility, balance, and posture while promoting a sense of centering and well-being. It is a wonderful way to reduce stress, release tension, and reconnect with the body in a gentle and supportive environment.
