Hypopression Training

A unique class in Montreal based on hypopressive breathing, inspired by yoga (Uddiyana Bandha), that activates the deep abdominal muscles without creating downward pressure.

Unlike traditional abdominal exercises, this approach protects the back and the pelvic floor while effectively strengthening the core muscles.

This method is recognized for helping to slim the waist, relieve back pain, support the pelvic floor, and improve posture, alignment, and body awareness, leading to a more balanced and functional body in everyday life.

Pilates

The Pilates method is a gentle form of exercise that helps develop the deep core muscles while improving balance and overall muscle tone. It is based, in part, on maintaining proper posture.

All of these elements work together, as it is the development of your deep core muscles, which help stabilize the body, that supports proper posture.
