A fusion of fitness and Latin dance, Latino Fit immerses you in an energetic atmosphere through a variety of styles such as salsa, bachata, merengue, samba, reggaeton, and cumbia, all in a fitness-based format accessible to all levels.

This class helps strengthen the cardiovascular system, burn calories while having fun, improve coordination and balance, work the entire body, and boost your mood thanks to simple, effective, and genuinely fun choreographies.

  • LatinoFit classes are offered with two simple options to suit your needs:

    Session pass
    The session pass allows you to benefit from a preferred rate of $15 per class.
    It is calculated at the time of registration, based on the remaining classes or any known planned absences.

    Once the session pass is confirmed, the rate is fixed for the selected period and is not adjusted based on occasional absences.

    Drop-in option
    You can always join a class on a drop-in basis at a rate of $17 per class, for full flexibility.

    Trial class
    A $5 trial rate is offered for your first LatinoFit class.

    Commitment and flexibility
    Session passes are designed to encourage regular attendance while remaining flexible. It is normal to miss a few classes during a session, and the pricing reflects this reality.

    To maintain a simple and fair organization for everyone, missed classes are not refundable or transferable, and no retroactive adjustments are applied.

Cardio Danse

A fun and accessible cardio dance class where you move to a variety of well-known, feel-good tracks that instantly make you want to dance.

The choreographies are simple and dynamic, allowing you to work on cardio, coordination, and endurance while releasing stress and boosting your energy.
